Applecado is a small web development agency based in Hampshire, United Kingdom. We are a group of great designers, artists, and web developers. Originally set up by Alex Ball in early 2007 Applecado is already making great progress with a stream of excellent sites already built and more currently being developed. We specialise in standards compliant, accessible, functional and attractive websites.

The sites we create are hand crafted with usability, design and functionality in mind and the results are always stunning. We are a small team, so a personal approach allows us to really understand what you, the client, really needs from the investment. We have over 7 years experience in the field, and have excellent knowledge of Content Management Systems, e-Commerce, databases and many other aspects of web development.

Applecado? That's not a word!

When Alex was a child, he could not pronounce Avocado. For many years he thought they were called Applecados. Thus, it seemed like a great choice for a name which will be remembered, and be different to your average web design agency!
