Events Made Simple is a brand new way to book corporate events. We built an online platform to quickly compare venues & activities with prices and to allow clients to book online.
Events Made Simple approached us after having previously instructing another agency to build their website - and having their project stall before completion.
We took their ideas and requirements and created a fully bespoke platform to build flexible quotes for clients which then takes them through the booking and payment process resulting in a booking in the EMS management system.
The platform allows clients to generate PDFs of their personalised quotations to share with colleagues, offers flexible payment plans and stores quotes in the user account area for returning to later to book.
The EMS team can add venues and team building activities easily via the back-office, and see any pending quotes or bookings. They can also manually handle offline bookings and maintain all clients in one place.
