Mini Athletics came to us to redesign and develop their new website to allow parents to easily find and book classes for their children. It was important to give a significant level of administration control over to franchisees to manage their own presence and administration on the Mini Athletics website.
Early on, we were briefed by the Mini Athletics team enabling us to understand exactly what the team were looking for from the new site’s design, and of course what the franchise owners would need from their administration areas. We set about working on a fun, modern and responsive website. We really like the looping homepage video, which can be swapped with the full length video if you click to play.
Franchises can be set up instantly, allowing their members to add and control classes and venues, bookings and registers, set class and membership pricing, manage waiting lists, as well as setting all of their own dates and holidays within the system. Franchisees can also add their own coaching team, view important documentation and session plans, and order merchandise within their secure area.
The new design should make finding classes and booking smoother for parents, and we have included lots of helpful automated emails to ensure they know everything about their first class and following dates, as well as timely reminders when their bookings need to be renewed.
