People Source came to us at a very exciting time, an established company fresh from a branding consultation and ready to make changes and a few headlines at the same time. A new website was integral to the new image, and we hope that adding our development to the mix helped contribute to their success.
People Source are the recruitment partner for a number of Europe's leading brands - they obviously know their stuff and look after their clients, their team are especially well looked after, and People Source continue to win award after award.
After creating their front end using our usual high quality and high standards of HTML and CSS, we set to work writing a feature rich content management system in PHP and using the Symphony framework.
The CMS integrated into the BroadBean job posting system allowing the People Source team to easily update job information on their site and external sites at the same time, as well as receiving job applications to a singular point.
We are epecially keen on the way the consultants are presented and organised on the website. It's simple for potential candidates to find a friendly and relevant face, and get in touch easily by email, phone or via Linked In.
Shortly after the website was launched People Source grew by 90% and profit by an amazing 350%. In the years following, we’ve been involved with making a few key additions to the site; the team has grown, the company probably has more awards than Ferrari, and they have moved into the most impressive offices we’ve ever seen.
The website has undoubtedly saved People Source time in administering jobs and dealing with applications, and the high level of control they have over their content has made the marketing team extremely happy too.
