Farmer Jacks Farm Shop originally opened in 2005, a partnership of two established Island farmers with the shared aim of providing quality and variety of local produce available from the many farmers and food producers of the Isle of Wight. The site is going to be launched in 2 releases, the first being a content managed site, and the second a full eCommerce solution.

The website was designed by Aaron Rudd Creative and is built on our ACMS platform with our own E-Commerce module.

Virgin Mobile FREE.I.P

Virgin Unite hired Applecado to build the online volunteering platform for Virgin Mobile USA’s FREE.I.P program.

The system is totally bespoke, featuring volunteer signups, charity management and login, volunteer project and reward systems, and a complete CMS to manage the content.

Readers Interiors are an independent family business, and have been retailing on the island since 1994. Over the last 16 years they have developed their shop from a factory outlet, selling seconds and overstocks, into an eclectic home shop offering unique and charming products from an international supply base.

Ademosite is the online demo of our own, in-house produced, CMS - the Applecado Content Management System.

The site can be edited by anyone, and reverts it’s content back to the default text every hour. To log in, visit the site and look in the footer for the login details.

The CMS is our base software, upon which most of our sites are built, saving money for our clients by re-using a solid and reliable framework.

The Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce website was in need of an overhaul and they approached Aaron Rudd to do the work. Aaron asked me to help out and we built a fully content managed website, with user memberships and logins, forums, and a bespoke events and news system.

SimplyMeiTai was created by Maria Gingell as an outlet for her handmade “Mei Tai” baby carriers.

The website is fully content managed allowing Maria to update the website herself. The site also functions as a full ecommerce solution, allowing customers to order their carriers at any time of the day. Maria can add pages as she pleases, update her blog whenever she needs, and also manage the products and prices in her shop.

The Tomato Stall

The Tomato Stall are a company based in the Isle of Wight who bring the freshest, ripest and tastiest organic tomatoes from the Isle of Wight to Farmers’ Markets all across the South of England.

The Tomato Stall’s previous website had no functionality at all, and they wanted something more. We built them a fantastic Content Management System and e-Commerce system, and they immediately started taking online orders!
