We are delighted Looking After chose us to launch their brand new new eCommerce website, care finding service, and a family-and-carer support and resource hub.
Looking After had done a lot of target market research before commencing the project that they were keen to share with us. After some further careful research, we developed a comprehensive plan for the design agency to work from. The shop had to present information quickly and easily, allowing customers to find products in categories as well as by the conditions they help with, and streamline a really simple checkout experience.
The shop has all the usual eCommerce features like discounts and special offers, plus referral discounts, plus some clever functionality behind the scenes that help the team with stock control, re-ordering and reporting.
The team also offers a free and friendly care-finding-service that will contact care agencies and homes if a family needs help and advice after a diagnosis.
Looking After offers a friendly service supporting carers or families of dementia patients or other long term illnesses. They help their customers find useful products to maintain independence, offer a wealth of advice, and even technical IT support to families.
